Welcome to Wakili Online ("the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Wakili Online is a technology platform that connects clients with advocates and provides practice management tools. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Advocates

Advocates using the Platform must hold a valid practising certificate issued by the relevant Kenyan authority. Verification does not constitute an endorsement of legal competence by Wakili Online.

4. Payments

Payments for subscriptions, consultations and document services are processed via third-party gateways (including M-Pesa and Pesapal). Platform fees and commissions apply as published.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wakili Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
